We guide firm leaders through this important process in three stages, culminating with an implementation plan that keeps your ideas fresh and actionable. Discovery
First, we investigate and document where your firm’s current state by
conducting a financial assessment to see how the firm compares to industry benchmarks.

Visioning
Depending on your budget, needs, and timing—we can customize the visioning process as a one or two-day retreat, or a virtual process. Individual interviews will be mixed with group exercises designed to elicit strategic thinking from all participants. At the end of visioning, we’ll clearly understand your five-year vision, and all firm leaders will confirm their commitment to that vision.
Planning
Using what we’ve learned and the data we’ve gathered together, we’ll craft your plan. We’ll draft mission and vision statements to guide future decisions and strategic priorities will be documented (and deadlined!).
Implementation
The true value of your new strategic business plan will lie in its execution. The last step of our process is to develop an Implementation Plan and Year One Action Plan. This plan will guide you and your staff to reach your vision. It includes:

Your plan will include an implementation timeline, all goals will have associated metrics, and a leader is identified to be responsible for each initiative.
